Sleep Disorder:
Constant inhibition of neurotransmitters (a chemical by which a nerve cell communicates with another nerve cell or muscle) such as serotonin, GABA (Gama amino butyric acid) and norepinephrine (or noradrenaline, a hormone secreted by the adrenal medulla, increasing blood pressure and heart rate) can lead to Insomnia, waking up tired, and restless sleep. Those symptoms can disrupt people's lifestyle and can lead to other symptoms such as dizziness, weakness and drowsiness. It can also cause irritability, lack of appetite in the morning, headaches, fatigue, etc.
All these symptoms are not constant, although people can experience them often. And generally it is not enough to make you go to the Doctor immediately. Usually when you do, the Doctor will find nothing wrong with your health and recommend rest, normal sleep and avoid stressful situations.
The other side of this stage is Negative Emotions:
This will happen when you have a decrease in serotonin or GABA and can cause Negative emotions to occur constantly. Like feelings of depression, anxiety, helplessness, and impending doom. Of course these can have a great affect on humans and will affect their lifestyles. It will affect work relationships, and creates family conflicts.
Some researchers believe that the inhibition of expression of these negative emotions can be tied to specific illnesses, and can increase the risk of illness as it weakens the body.
If you have a virus or other medical condition, negative emotions can indeed affect the course of the illness and the recovery.
As soon as the Geopathic Stress gets to the point where the human body's hormones get involved, the second stage gradually transitions into Geopathic Stress Stage 3 (info on next blog)
